Michelle relocated from New York to Florida in 1993 and has since enjoyed all aspects of the real estate market throughout the Sunshine State and beyond providing both Commercial and Residential services with a strong focus on market research and in-depth project analysis to assist Clients in making informed decisions.

In addition to working with her clients, Michelle has been an active participant in a wide range of residential and commercial ventures such as motel ownership, cost effective renovation programs, and property management.

During the real estate market interlude, Michelle was Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded company that specialized in the sales of new technology products, growing the company to become one of the Top 500 Gulf Coast Companies four years in a row, with a realized annual Gross Revenue of over 6 Million Dollars (Tampa Bay Business Journal).

While continuing to expand her knowledge in real estate markets throughout the U.S, Michelle also pursues a passion for animals and loves spending time with her dogs, walking the beach, boating, and just about all things related to snow during the Winter season.
