  • ● Hospitality Industry Development - Established a Florida Real Estate JV Partnership for the acquisition and redevelopment of Ocean Front properties which were repositioned and branded as fully amenitized Resort condominium hotels, then marketed and sold as individual condominium suites, resulting in the generation of over $100M in revenues.
  • ● Publicly Traded Company - Co-Founded a Marketing Services business that provided premiums and incentives to the hospitality industry, which subsequently expanded to additional market sectors, and merged with a Publicly Traded Company.

Business Development - Florida West Coast

  • ● Established a Real Estate Services Company for Consulting in the areas of Acquisition, Development, Marketing and Sales of Commercial and Residential mixed - use Projects.
  • ● Developed a “Coastal -Urban” overlay concept for an Austrian Developer/ Client linking downtown Tampa mixed use/high rise product development, with Clearwater Beach Gulf front resort oriented residential and condotel development. Negotiated the acquisition of multiple mixed use 1-acre block parcels for high rise development in downtown Tampa, as well as a Clearwater site assemblage, which was developed into a 126 - unit mixed use/high rise complex.
  • ● Brokered the client acquisition of a $42M acquisition and Dockominium conversion of a 10 - acre Tampa Bay Marina, one of an assemblage with Marinas in Naples and Key West.
  • ● Personally acquired, redeveloped, marketed and managed a mixed-use Boutique Hospitality venue in Indian Rocks Beach.
  • ● Engaged a Miami Development Client, and provided Consulting and Brokerage services for the acquisition of multiple Gulf Coast land parcel assemblages in Indian Rocks Beach and a gated community assemblage in Siesta Key for luxury estates.
  • ● Currently analyzing select business, real estate and marketing venues that deliver legitimate value add potential for clients as Buyers, Sellers, JV Partners, or as candidates for repositioning of existing projects for higher ROI.
